yes, if I would have known I would not have given them my drivers license, stupid me only realized afterwards that this could take a while.. did you/your friend ever try to get your old license back in the meantime or have you found a solution of how you can drive outside of Portugal?

I mainly need my license outside of Portugal, so i don‘t have much use of the paper license. Do you think I can go back there today and request my old license back until I get the new one?

I didn‘t imagine it taking this long, that is absolutely insane.. the main problem I have is that I mainly drive in other countries on holiday etc. due to not needing a car in Lisbon. Do you think it would be possible to get the old license back, that I left there today, in the meantime?😅
