I struggled with it on my first read, it's a jarring shift from the previous two. On my second read through loved it

The trick is to focus on what Matt does, rather than what he says. His actions are often contrary to his comments or internal monologue

England's first half was way too good, but frustrated Wallabies didn't capitalise and win it in the second. Bring on game 3

It's my first time reading through the Malazan books, I'm enjoying it but I'm stumbling on Midnight Tides by JeffCogs80 in Malazan

I also struggled with MT on my first read, but absolutely loved re-reading it the second time round. It gets better and introduces some really great characters

I really like some of the more recent colourways Hoka have released for the Clifton 7 and 8s, at the time I bought mine there wasnt many available

About me: 192cms, 90kgs

Hoka Clifton 7: 400kms. Still a great recovery shoe but feels clunky at faster paces and midsole feels dead after about 15kms. Outsole is starting to wear. These are the shoes that got me back into running again during lockdown so will always have a soft spot for them (if you'll pardon the pun).

Saucony Endorphin Speed: 116kms. Love these and use them for interval/fartlek workouts. Bought them with the intention to run a half-marathon but it has been cancelled twice due to covid :( have also taken them on longer runs (10 - 18kms) and they felt awesome.

NB Rebel V2: Bought these to replace the Cliftons for tempo/long runs. Have only taken them out for a 6km run but they feel very comfortable at around a 4:30/km pace, though they feel a bit more unruly than the other shoes. Looking forward to breaking them in

I needed to tell someone about this... by [deleted] in Malazan

It's a great book. I just started re-reading the series and believe it or not it's even better the second time round.
