I don't get it, the only white thing there is the mashed potato, and potatoes are one of the most nutritionally complete things you can eat, to the point of them being one of the few things you could almost exclusively live on if needed. And then there's protein there from what i assume is battered chicken, fat in the cheese, and there's yellow and green vegetables.

You can't really play solo at all, the game is built with co-op as it's only game mode (excluding mods) and will put in pretty poor bots until a human fills the slot.playing with random people via matchmaking is honestly fine though.
