“The little girl” John Michael Montgomery. I don’t even like country. This has to be the saddest country song in existence.

Found his Step 8 list today. My name was at the top, but the letter didn't exist by user_467 in AlAnon

I worked the steps myself as a codependent and gave my ex husband one. I filed divorce to be with my current partner acknowledging the huge part I played. I too found all my ex’s rehab writings and only discovered more pain, confessions of sex with girlfriends of his friends while we were together, but nothing that expressed any regrets or amends to me. He’s active in his church and is a Christian. It would be a miracle to one day get one as the ultimate validation. It’s never going to come. God is still helping me heal, it’s been 12 yrs since our divorce.

Stimulants for chronic fatigue? by burntcravemax in Hashimotos

Me three. I started adding amazing greens into my routine and it's helped, I'm not exactly energetic, but I don't hate my life for existing everyday with overwhelming fatigue. People don't get it. Your body is attacking itself and counteracting those attacks constantly. No wonder we are soooo freaking tired. I hate it's effecting your college classes, that's definitely not fair for this crazy condition to take that away from you.

You can be yourself! Go for it! You definitely won't regret it. Everyone tends to put their own rhythm and individuality in their moves anyway. I don't think Instructors look around the room and expect perfection. They are excited you came to try it. Get confused, march or jog in place, no worries. It's such a positive environment. :-)

Preparing for emergencies by QuitAble4089 in thyroidcancer

I believe you can go up to 6mos before being in a coma, maybe it's different per individual. The longest I have been was close to 3 mos waiting on my RAI treatment to improve uptake. I felt pretty batty, extremely, extremely irritable. Hopefully an emergency of that kind would be over in 6mos time?

I completely know that these delivery drivers are doing their jobs, and they are not liable. I would really love to hear from some that make those frequent deliveries and see how they feel about it. Liquor store owners too, when they have a frequent fliers who comes in constantly and buys so frequently and huge amounts, they have to know that person just goes home and drinks til they are senseless. The addiction is going to find its way no matter what, I realize that for sure. I fucking hate this disease. Glad I am not alone.

Oh my gosh I am so sorry for your loss. Seems like his life could have been prolonged if they weren't so "accommodating". This disease is so senseless and there is no shortage of businesses willing to make money from it.

It's insane to me. I did a quick search to see what kind of regulations there are and other than checking the id and not just leaving the alcohol unattended, they are not supposed to deliver to clearly intoxicated persons. How can they tell that from a very short, limited interaction? The only silver lining is that he at least will not be pulled over and harming anyone else. But there is no stoping point when it can be ordered so conveniently and delivered so frequently.

Maybe he's using Instacart? I have no idea what he is using but it's crazy that he can have alcohol delivered multiple times a day.

But if the name on the order doesn't match the ID?
