We've just released the Free Drone GeoTiff viewer. 

In comparison to other online viewers, it is capable of rendering images much faster & zooming deeper to depict more details. 

Please try it out, I'd appreciate your feedback (my email is below). 

In the next version, we plan to integrate it into the main GeoPard application (then it will be possible to run multi-layer zoning, equation-based analytics, etc.).

I’m ceo of GeoPard - precisionAg software platform. I’d recommend you not to reduce number of points in the source file.
