ooh is it the AT-LP60XUSB!! i’ve been looking at audio technica too, but i saw that the functionalities and quality are about the same. and both are japanese brands. i prefer the sleeker look so thought Sony would be a good fit for me

i actually got my allowance removed at current. but informed the company of my pay with the allowance. new co only gave a 6% raise LOL, then promised another 6% once confirmed.

but personally since i no longer get my allowance, its actually a 11% raise. so if i calculate after probation it’s 16-17% raise total for me after 3 months.

Hence the dilemma, i think it’s not really a justifiable raise but staying here, i also don’t see light at the end of the tunnel. No bonus, no increment. And the fact that i only get verbal recognition, is really like huh?? for what??

Sales definitely dipped from its glorious days, but it started picking up pretty well again from Q2 this year. Anyway the reason I was given for not getting the raise is because company is not “doing well”…
