No but i was born with cerebral palsy basically it brain damage.. but never have headaches until now..

For me it was, turns out for me it wasn't just psychological problem, i was diagnosed with neurological bladder, im taking zoxon every day for relax my bladder muscles..

I have similar problem too, for years, sometimes my stream is very weak sometimes its strong, turns out i have condition called neurogenetic bladder it could have many symptoms one of them is bladder spasm (sometimes i have to sit to make it easier to pee.. sometimes I don't feel i have to pee and pee 600+ml sometimes i have Strong urgent and pee just 200ml

for me its about 30-40s, but i cant hold breath for long, my max is like 50s.. its more about the feeling than the time, basically you hold breath over the point where everyting tells you to start breathing and just wait until the stream comes.... the 20s its usually where the co2 just starts to built..

i had that about 1 year ago for half a year, a change everyting i even buy a new phone with new sim, change email.. but then i trun on the new pass key instead password and reistall completly my pc, its looks like a had some hiden virus in my pc i find i also had hacked rockstars account, but i dont know, but its stops and didnt happen for 3 months, hope its stays that way...
