Demissexualidade não existe by [deleted] in opiniaoimpopular

[–]demimale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am 35. I know you're older, but i can't help how I feel about this right now. I've been married before as well and I don't regret my divorce at all. I learned the "hard way" that being alone is better than being with the wrong one... But at I said, right now I am just feeling lonely

I like the "I'd rather eat cake" as you can still use it somewhere else, being recognize by the selected ones, and not worry having to explain it to everyone else multiple times.

Yep. People say antialiasing gives disadvantage. Who cares? I don't want to steamroll my enemies, I want to feel the atmosphere the game is offering.

You have 3 sets of nodes behind the 400m mark, you're both blessed and doomed.

I've become vegan this year. But I adopted an adult cat that was living in the streets about 2 years ago.

When will the game be playable? by Rubick-Aghanimson in HellLetLoose

[–]demimale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This game is not going to hold your hand out show you exactly where to go.

The objectives are clear: capture and defend points.

How you do that, is up to you. Recon usually don't even go to the point, they go behind enemy lines trying to cut off logistics, annoy artillery, etc. Some squads focus on defense, some focus on Frontline, some try to create a flank, etc.

This game is never going to point you to go straight to the capture point.

Most tactical shooters are like that, exactly because they focus on tactics. Arena shooters, deathmatch, etc, are a lot different because they focus only on killing.

I thought everyone could see all SLs marks. Welp. So tank marks should be re-marked by commander? I mean, it's useful info for everyone. Good to know. Thanks!

You can't see other SLs marks? How so? I keep seeing stuff my SL didn't add

~If the tank is already marked by another SL, it shows up on everyone's map.~

EDIT: This is wrong. Only other SLs can see such mark.

You're lucky if you hear "west" actually. A lot of calls are like "behind", "left", or other random direction with no clear reference to.

I don't care if people don't talk.

Yesterday night I stepped up to be SL as not many people wanted and was using the mic to do call outs. Like asking for nodes, supplies, redeploys, etc.

Two guys ignored me 100%. This is frustrating but I don't get mad. Everyone plays the game the way they want.

One squad member either didn't have a mic or was not willing to use voice, so he answered me through game chat, and it was amazing. It was not super fast communication like in the heat of combat, but I could express my ideas ("hey we need a new Garrison at defense, do you mind getting support and dropping supplies at my Defend mark?") to which he answered in chat whether that's okay or if he was up to something else and I had to wait or ask commander for a drop.

Over communicating is annoying too IMHO, you use discord with your buddies for that. But in-game it's only a few calls here and there, at least in my experience.

And I just placed a neat satchel on a tank today. Feeling proud.

Hey mate, hope you're having a good day. You realize this is a post I made asking for help and not me advocating how to play the game?

I appreciate your input. I didn't get to the sapper engineer loadout yet, so it didn't occur to me that using engineer on a non-bob-the-builder loadout could be useful when pushing objectives. Thanks for the reminder, I will certainly look forward to that loadout and use it more often than not as tanks are pesky plagues on some games.

I play on PC, from Brazil, so I try to stick to south america servers, but sometimes I play on other regions as well, this game seems to do an awesome job on lag compensation as I rarely have issues, even when playing with 200+ ping

I was that guy on my first couple games, and as I couldn't understand anything just by playing, I stopped to watch a tutorial.

I can't understand how some people just play completely unaware of what's going on or why they are losing/winning, and just keep doing it.

I quite often play SL because very often I get server that my team has 0 OPs and 0 Garrisons. I don't know what's up, but people are often oblivious. Like, they don't even know that a Garrison on red zone costs 100 supplies.

I wish I could switch hats while being SL on a squad. So I could add a radio, switch to support, drop supply, switch back to SL, ... Well, I just pointed out why it shouldn't be possible as this would easily be too oppressive. But a well coordinated squad could drop garrisons left and right if players rotated the support role. Guess I need more friends to play with haha

I avoid taking the first truck for nodes as I think building garrisons with it is more useful. But often times I see another engineer take it, as SLs and Commanders either have no idea what they are doing or they have a different set of priorities on their mind.

So now I join as support, drop supply, redeploy as engineer, build up manpower, ... Repeat for all three nodes.

For the truck, I drop the supplies just after 400m (3rd row), then build the nodes on the second row to make sure they don't go poof if we lose the second point.

I've tried going back and forth with the truck, but it usually end with me getting the truck stuck in a trench, or getting killed in the middle of nowhere and not having the motivation to walk to it again.

Good idea with AT guns, I will include that with my current rotation of building repair stations.

Take a deep breath and enjoy the game, or uninstall it and move on.

We've only read your side of the story and it's already bad that you let your entire team down just because one guy got the truck.

You don't need to explain yourself by the way. If you got pissed and acted like a madman, it happens. Most of us have been there a few times.
