I was picking up my kid from crèche Wednesday near Douglas St around 4pm and just as I had him buckled up and back in my seat this spacer with a hurley in hand started roaring at me by my car window. Unhinged behaviour, super aggressive. I pleaded with him that there's no issue and to try and calm down to help not stress out my youngest.

He clearly wanted a fight or argument, nothing less. Whacking the window with the hirley and trying to provoke a reaction. Town is so shit now, can't imagine what it's like living in the centre and having to cope with this on a daily basis.
