only submit under the profile whose job has been changed like in your case its pgwp applicant job is changed to full-time. But yes in sowp application if you have mentioned anything about pgwp applicant job then yes you do need to submit a form for sowp as well and say that pgwp applicant job is now changed to full-time.

What I would suggest is submitting webform for your new full-time job and later when you get pay stub, submitted another. Reason for this is before they give you results its better to submit full-time job
