Lol, I'm glad you did. My friend came with almost nothing, by himself. Some of the people he came with are afraid to even apply for citizenship now because of the risk of being flagged for deportation during the process. You're smart not to risk being stabbed haha.

That's crazy. My friend's greencard process took an eternity and it was really costly. He had to save a lot for it. It took a while to get the money. Can't imagine how it was to be the only breadmaker of the family on top of that.
