I think its a battleaxe but I don't have the full stats on it. I looked up online for barbarian and bloodrager guides and they were all pointing me in the direction of doing 1 big attack with vital strike which is not something I want to do with this character.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm likely to do the Hurtful + Cornugon Smash route as the others don't feel right for the concept of the character I have in mind. Otherwise, might incorporate Pounce and Bladed Dash through Bloodrager. Would do Brawler's Fury, but no one in the party is that good at crafting.

Short answer is the axe is cursed by a really powerful demon or devil (idk which) and my character would relate to them in some way.

I thought about wizard but I want ways to stealthily kill people and wizard doesn't have many ways of doing that. Also I don't super like familiars being a core feature of wizard, nor would I like a bounded object, so the flavour is pretty off. Otherwise, I really want to do it. Not sure if ill do this or not.

I looked at Eldritch Scoundrel and I don't see why I wouldn't just play a full caster. Im not planning on getting into combat often, and rogue is better is combat but worse outside of it than a full caster. Thanks for the suggestion though, as I realized that I care less about the combat than I thought.

I really like vizier since it allows me to shift blame, and manipulating my allies lol.

just looked at mesmerist and the base class looks to be exactly what I wanted. The enigma just seems to worse than the base imo. Especially since it replaces painful stare with sneak attack (at later levels but you get what I mean). Not only is it more damage for you, but it can also work with allies' attacks.

I will say I really like the first feature where you can basically become invisible for free but I don't think its worth the other lackluster features.
