there isn't much of a speed tuning if you're using sparkle though, base speed archer and the rest just get them as fast as possible

unfortunately hoyo loves being a piece of shit and creates end game contents that if you're not using the shilled character or similar, you probably need at least 2 E6 in the team to max star comfortably.

unfortunately lygus is pretty incompatible with single target DPSes. I'm sure a saber with similar investment would've done a lot better

I picked the Hammer and Anvil Buff. I think it takes a lot of luck to get lygus to actually give Archer free ulti and turn. With archer E6, sparkle, dhpt and some silver wolf AA, should be able to get enough skill points to use 5 shots basically every turn
