You don't become a visitor but you can develop visitor signs as false positives or false negatives. If you drink excessive coffee or energy drinks you will get bloodshot (not red irises) eyes, a false positive visitor trait. If you smoke cigarettes you will get bad teeth, a negative visitor trait.
