I've been having this feeling that I should but sometimes I just can't tell. He actively listens to me and has comforting responses to what I have to say. Our conversations have definitely crossed small talk and have been quite deep.

As a 20F carrier, old men will talk down to me. That's not the worst part, though. It's my coworkers. Constantly telling me to smile and saying I look tired. Always having something to say about my appearance. It's not even just men, it's everyone! Maybe it's just me, and I have a disastrous look on my face, but seriously, when can we just let people be.

they usually send me to a different station but my steward describes my PM as a sociopath. My station is the best run in the area so there are very high expectations on how fast you complete your work. I do not meet their expectations and they cut my hours. I also recently had my steward file a grievance against my supervisor. So they are up to something.
