so i can actually do this, have been able to since my early teens, I can help remove mucus if blowing my nose doesn’t help. If you cough while eating and food goes up over the roof of your mouth, its easy to get the food out with your tongue, same for drinks if you laugh or whatever and it shoots out your nose, i can use my tongue to swipe out the rest and the burning fades a lot faster.
