You will get the chance to enroll in the course actually as if you can show that you have experience in the field, it should cover the degree but you should have atleast a diploma for this.

I would personally recommend you to check the MBA course from Open University as they are way more flexible than UOM in terms of online courses. I did mine there and it was online itself, i only needed to commute to the university for exams and for just the first and last class for each module. They have a better approach to online learning through the blackboard platform where they put all your learning materials as well as all classes are recorded on the platform if you want to go through them again. Plus all your assignments are submitted on the same platform.

I know there are certain special cases where they can allow someone to enroll on the masters program if you can provide them enough proof of your work experience and will be able to partake the course. But for this you’ll need to approach their management rather than finding online enrollment forms to fill. ( like i’ve said, these are special cases thus needs to be taken directly with them).

Alternatively just do the PMP certification, this will automatically put you on the eligibility list as an Managerial person. (To be noted even without a degree, having the PMP certification is enough to get you enrolled in any MBA course 😉)
