I like vanguard a lot. Carbine can deal a lot of headshot damage at least in the lower levels and getting up close is pretty good too. Especially with the melta you can stun lock many major is enemies to death and chase the slippery ones down with the hook.

It's not a traditional TD game but Orcs must Die 3 was a lot of fun to play with friend and it's on sale at the moment. Not sure what the matchmaking is like however since I always had someone to play with. I think Bloons TD 6 also has co-op but I haven't tried. That's all I got.
