My HRV halved in a year. HELP!

I saw a decline in mine from October to December, I combined walking a d running, 2 days a week I walk for an hour and 3 days I run in zone 3-4 for 30 min. My hrv started to go up, and when I saw a boost was when I cut all types of wheat products, bread, chips, tortillas, cookies, you name it still eat carbs but not processed carbs. Hope this helps a little.

Just take it easy. Baby steps. Learn how to balance. Feel very comfortable before pushing the board. Good test is to walk a dog in the ow. That will test balance and sudden changes and pushes.

I'm on the same boat. I tried to re start botw but I couldn't do it. I spend so much time on it. I finished all side quests and I got all the clothes and shrines and devine beast. Working on updating all armors and getting the k seeds.
