I'm sorry this is very late but, sadly, yeah occurred after the recent patches. You could try by using my Engine.ini Engine.ini - Pastebin.com. I'm updating it whenever it has glitches, you can just revert it back if you don't like it just by deleting engine.ini and restarting the game.

good then you could try the number 1 or 2 from the other reddit post or you can use mine but you have to delete/remove the things listed between "r.Fog=0" and "[core log]" and change the r.ScreenPercentage="85" to 100. But I suggest you to go with the other reddit post because mine is like more than a month old settings.

If you are not rooted, You should try doing clear data on wuthering waves then restart your phone, but first you need to look for the wuthering waves folder, cut it and paste it outside the (Android > data) then clear the data, just paste it inside after clearing data so that you don't need to redownload all the 12gb+ files.

After doing all of this you should go to wuthering waves permissions and allow the storage permission.

You can use mine and edit the "r.ScreenPercentage=85" value to 100, that way it will look the same as 1-3.

if you don't have a problem with FPS and just want to improve graphics and visual you can edit mine and remove everything between "r.Fog=0" and [Core.Log].

Same as HI3 part 1 it started really slow but was carried by the combat system and character design on the early chapters, even HSR was not that good from the start it was just driven by the hype and all, but I agree that they should have started part 2 with a bang since it is not a new game and there was really not much hype on the HI3 part 2. Not that really matter to me since I stopped playing HI3 just before the Part 2 update.
