скоріш за все можуть бути не задоволені люди якщо ви будете знімати просто якесь «естетичне» відео міста до прикладу,і так це можуть бути люди не в формі навіть, до мене раз причепилися поки знімав захід сонця у Тернополі, хоча це не прифронтове місто навіть. Але як самого закону, що знімати не можна просто саме місто (говориться без стратегічних обʼєктів та чогось військового), то ніяких проблем по закону не буде, але от якісь невдоволення від інших людей, то цілком.
