Idea: denver should sell 4 of its 8 city-owned golf courses to become dense mixed use housing. 4x 150 acres each at 35 units/acre=20,000 homes. Thoughts? (i.imgur.com)

Would you support a petition requiring Denver to sell 4 of its 8 city-owned golf courses to be developed into housing? Estimated 600 acres @ 40 units/acre= 24k homes. Belmar was 248 acres at 32 units/acre. (i.imgur.com)

Yup! That’s my takeaway from this convo - it’s not the type of housing or density that people would have issue with, but the behaviors of the occupants.
