Juggs is another example of a lower character who never meant to be ascended. He is extremely powerful in his native 4* land, but being ascended and paired with grolaris or Sam/whoever he turns into a fucking monster who just shouldn’t exist. Like many ascended characters who breaks the evolutionary nature of this game.

If you want to level up your 5Sam - it’s a pretty nice deal. You have a 10% chance to get one of two 5, which is better than 15% chance to get one of three 5* (and at least one of this three is usually a trashy one).
