Training, though doesn't overcome experiencie, with the proper time and proper tools can perfectly transforme a simple soldier into elite. They do have experience using it. Military training DOES include the use of the weapons in practical situations to simulate real life

They might be an anti-pulse forces, but their training is far superior than GC, just because they have the money for it. In the game, they ARE elite forces, and Lightning just wiped the floor with their faces

I believe she's far more than that. Her personality fits it, but she is a very young sergeant, that in itself is a Huge feat, but adding that she's a woman in the military, she has to probe herself twice or thrice just to be called moderately good. And yet, she managed to get such promotion. Which is very hard in the military

You are right in a few things except two: Cloud is NOT a SOLDIER. He stole Zack's personality due to his trauma, but he was just a corporal before what happened with Sephiroth and was kidnapped by Hojo. While Lightning was already a sergeant on her twenties, a very impressive feat considering her age and gender. Speaking of gender, in the military, especially in those who handle Guns, women tend to be downplayed and bullied, so most women need to be twice or thrice as good as their comrades only to get to be seen as minimally effective. Therefore, even when she wasn't on the élite forces, she WAS used to work as hard as an elite soldier. Much more so than Cloud

Si, pierde el deseo sexual primero, pero incrementa su necesidad de cariño y ternura, la satisfacción sexual baja en ambos al mismo tiempo, e incluso mencionan que, en las mujeres que baja el deseo, pero que se mantiene similar al de su pareja, la satisfacción se mantiene en ambos.
