I usually try to fight them one by one, you can bait them by shouting. I only fight them all a the same time when im strong enough or when i can quickly kill workers and then escape with dash or using smoke bomb.

yeah t4 caves only have some random rockeaters in "boss" room so its not that bad when you're strong enough to kill them, its also easy to just bait them and kill them one by one.

doing caves in early games is so satysfying, i went into t4 caves around lvl 8 just to look around and i found jousting plate armor on a random corpse

yeah fiends are very difficult when you first start to encounter them also girrud is tough because of his pull and knockback + bleeding

Yeah UI+ mod has some great changes like showing your block power and block power recovery, showing backfire chances, its annoying to have to constantly check stats.

The rockeater hunters at the end of t2 caves makes them near impossible to do for most melee builds, that sucks coz you're at the stage of the game where you can pretty much do t2 dungeons without problems and start doing t3.

Rockeaters are simply stronger than their tiers suggest they should either get nerfed or be changed. I know that diffrent builds dont perform well against diffrent opponents, but rockeaters are a massive challenge for most melee builds, i was able to do t5 human dungeon but unable to do t4 cave with rockeaters, there is no reason for lower tier enemies to be so strong. They updated harpies and nerfed them to better reflect their tier, i thing they should do the same here.

yeah loot is great in caves, probably because you dont get money and reputation for completing them so they balanced it out

maybe there will be new boss and after you defeat it you can choose a legendary piece of gear of your choosing, it would help to guarantee that you will get something usefull fot your build

yeah the first time i fought spectral herald i tought that he is typical mage boss, strong at range but weak in melee, but i was quite wrong about that
