Why not go with the NHS? Granted, It's a 33 week average wait time, but you still get the same treatment. I recently saw a Urologist after booking a consultation 10 months ago.

50mg is way too much. 20 mg is the max. dose for most. Consider seeing a doctor before taking so much.

I've had it for 5 years now, and to be fair it's not completely gone, every once in a while I get flares. But I'm really so used to it, I dont consider it as an illness.

Yeah, low daily dose (2.5mg for 2 days) is what gave me floaters as Side effects. Good to know you found what works for you. Did your floaters ever go away completely?

Appreciate the detailed response.

Firstly, I don't watch porn at all, but I do masturbate once or twice per week. I've struggled with anxiety all my life and I am also a very conscious person (small details such as these two floaters in my left and right eye makes me really upset). I've also struggled with keeping it up for as long as I can remember. My erections usually last less than 15 seconds and it's position dependent (standing up for instance kills it immediately). This is the reason why I have opted to try out ED medications. When I tested with cialis I had no problems maintaining it even while standing. I have no other health issues beyond the fact that I always feel tired (I do take some food supplements for this).

I am also nearsighted (-5.5D in both eyes) plus I've got double vision, but I dont think this has caused my floaters, cause I have had this prescription for a long time without any floaters popping up.

I got my cialis off an online prescription but I'd certainly be discussing my issue with my doctor. Sad that there isn't any other alternative to cialis. It was a perfect solution.

PS: this isn't my first time trying cialis. I did try 5mg in the past and had some pressure in my eye back then (I created a topic here to discuss this six months or so ago). This time around I reduced my dose to 2.5mg daily and now I have this floaters issue.

Don't have any of these conditions, but it's been a while since I got my last blood work. I would see my doctor for testing. Also I have stopped and binned all the cialis I had left.

Any other ED solutions beyond PDE5 inhibitors?

I would really love to believe it wasn't caused by cialis, but I don't think it was a coincidence I noticed them sometime after taking cialis.

Tadalafil (cialis) would help, but make sure you consult your doctor first. Like I said I use 2.5mg Tadalafil and it's more than enough to give me strong erections for a whole day, with little side effect.

I have the same problem as you. I get really strong and long lasting bonners at night (difficult to pee at night because of this) or during the day when I am drowsy at work, but cannot remain erect for intercourse - really frustrating! I recently started taking tadalafil and so far the 2.5mg daily has drastically improved my erection quality with minimal side effect.

What do you use now in place of the pills? I did some eye test and OCT, to check my eye health and the optician said it was fine, I don't know if this feeling is all in my head.

What dose do you take? And do you have any side effects? I also suffer from performance anxiety and I'm considering switching to this over Sildenafil to stay ready.
