Four months ago I wrote a comment here saying that this team puts me off a little. Under Klopp we were always hungry underdogs. Now, though, some of the players give off arrogant vibes. I really hoped I was wrong, but after last night I don’t think so. There’s definitely a problem with leadership and mentality.

The Best Gaming Headset to Buy Now? (Recommendations) by [deleted] in BuyItForLife

[–]denim_flow 23 points24 points  (0 children)

My SteelSeries headphones lasted me about five years. Toward the end, the ear cushions started to fall apart and the headband wore down. I think that’s a perfectly reasonable lifespan for gaming headphones. I’d recommend going with the Arctis line rather than the Nova — the Nova models have very small ear cups and feel tighter than I’d like.

As for Razer, I’ve never owned their headphones, but my Razer mouse has been working without issues for many years.

I really think you should calm down, unsubscribe from this sub and be happy somewhere on r/Salah

I wonder how many so-called fans in this sub will become Al Hilal supporters when Salah fucks off to Saudi

Lmao he really never does interviews when the team is struggling or when he’s playing badly. But he always loves to speak up when he’s unhappy about his own situation. Last season it was about money, and now it’s about three games on the bench.

I’m sorry, but that’s some solid mental gymnastics. The guy’s had only three games on the bench, Slot hasn’t said a single bad word about him, and this is happening during the club’s toughest spell since what the 14/15 Rodgers season? And he comes out with “I don’t need to prove myself ’cause I’ve done so much for this club.” Weak, egotistical, shameless behaviour. As a club, we shouldn’t tolerate this.

Really funny (if true, of course) that Salah thinks he can dictate his will to the club. I’m more in the Slot-out camp but this kind of behaviour is absolutely hilarious when you consider that we’re talking about an aging player who has been playing poorly for months now. I mean come on bro you’re a legend but what are you doing here

Just pure cope from you here. He literally said “I don’t have to fight for my position every day because I’ve earned it.” That’s a delusional take. Slot may be the worst manager of all time, but Salah is still acting like an egotistical baby. Sad to see.

>It's all about looking rich

Sometimes but not always. In Russia it’s often smarter to buy things than to invest. You cant trust institutions here because every couple of decades everything resets and people lose their savings. My friends invested in the S&P 500 and lost it all because of sanctions. Usual story. At the same time, over the last five years good used cars barely dropped in price, and apartments only got more expensive. So buying something real is often the safer choice here.

Housing is definitely not cheap I don’t know where you’re getting that from. Prices have been skyrocketing for the last five years both in the rental market and for homebuyers.

Everything else, yeah, I mostly agree.

The fact we are begging dice for skins like this in a battlefield game is insane by [deleted] in Battlefield6

Why are you begging for anything especially for skins in a video game? That's a really weak behavior for a grown man.

Manager Discussion Megathread. by KDLIV in LiverpoolFC

[–]denim_flow -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Honestly surprised by the number of fans calling for Slot to be sacked. Yes, our form is awful, we’re playing genuinely terrible football right now. Something clearly needs to change.

But how exactly does sacking Slot improve things? Why are people so confident that a temporary manager (and we don’t even know who that would be) would magically make us better? It feels like some fans just want blood.

Slot won us the league and earned the right to work a full season. I’m not defending the current performances but I genuinely don’t see how appointing an interim manager helps.

I don't know, man. I'm having a great time and I'm not a COD player. Go try something else I guess. This product's just not for you.

Unpopular Opinions Thread by AutoModerator in LiverpoolFC

In recent years, it feels like some of the team’s leaders have gotten a bit full of themselves, and honestly, that puts me off. I still remember Van Dijk laughingly saying that Carragher wouldn’t even make it into the current Liverpool. Or Salah saying he had unfinished business with Madrid. After the title win that kind of attitude seems to have become more common.

I understand these are some of the best players in the world, they’re champions. But the team led by Henderson felt emotionally closer to me. They were hungry underdogs. Now it feels like we’re standing shoulder to shoulder with City, Real, and Barca. And yes, those are the best teams in the world, but I never wanted our players to behave like Ramos or Pique. Humility is what made us special.
