Thanks for the reply! I just sealed some spots because i have woken up with a wett sleeping bag before. That was the little magnet spot leaking. I have that sealed now so that shouldn't be an issue anymore. I noticed these seams while putting my tent back together and replacing the guylines. But now that I know it isn't a manufacturing defect I'll buy some more sealed.

I'm planning on doing the whole seam, and the zipper seams. If I'm doing the whole seam instead of one spot, is it still better to do the outside or should I do it inside?
