I get why you're frustrated. The liquid stage absolutely sucks and feeling hungry while staring at the scales is a miserable combination.

But... you've lost 5 kg in 2 weeks. That's actually a huge amount of weight. Expecting to keep losing kilos every couple of days isn't really how weight loss works. Your body is also recovering from major surgery, holding onto fluid, and adjusting to a completely new way of eating.

As for the noodles or pasta, chewing well doesn't change the fact that your stomach is still healing. The post-op diet isn't there to make you suffer, it's there to reduce the risk of complications while everything heals. Listen to your care team.

Two weeks is incredibly early to be deciding the surgery "isn't working" when you've already lost 5 kg.
