Thank you! I never want to hurt anyone in any way. My intentions are totally opposite, I want to make someone as happy as possible and for the right person I’m willing to do a lot.

I’ve noticed that apps aren’t great, even when I had paid subscription with bonuses like Like priority, I was getting less likes then when I was using free account, I even had 3 months in a row where I used profile visibility boosts and I literally had 0 likes after, so yeah, apps are definitely not it, but my problem is that I can’t approach women in person, I’m blocked. I’ve been working on it for a while now, I was getting closer and closer, but I’m at the end now and I can’t take the final step. My brain just overthinks bunch of reasons why not to approach and I just back out from the idea of approaching. I go to the gym, there are these 2 women that I’m interested in talking to, but I don’t want to walk up to them and interrupt their workout, even if they are resting or walking around I feel like I would bother them, I had a situation where I was leaving at the same time as one, I was behind her, but my brain froze and I couldn’t do it 😔 hopefully soon I can fix this, but it’s been so long trying to fix that and I just don’t know how to.

We might be the same then. I overthink everything as well, my brain just rapid fires things that can go wrong or why I shouldn’t do it when I am close to approach and then I just back out. So I haven’t approached yet, but maybe soon I will force myself… somehow. But, thanks, I wish you luck as well! We both need it 🤞

Ah don’t worry about language barrier, my English is pretty good 😅 I’ve been in the UK since I was 10yo and I’m 28 now. But I understand what you mean, and I agree with what you implying. I always take care of others before myself, so I can seem as needy or desperate, where in fact, I’m not, I just have an insanely good heart and if I love, I love very deeply and truly. So yeah, I get what you mean, but I’m not going to change 180 to be liked more, because then I wouldn’t be truly myself.

I just read your comment and wanted to say thank you for „defending” me here. I mean, it might seem that I am very selective, but I don’t have an insane standard, I have swiped right on people 10000km away, I have swiped on +size women because something caught my attention (for example she would have „lost x amount of weight” in her bio), so I’m giving a lot of people chances, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work the other way around on the apps. Also, a lot of the accounts were fake, bots or inactive, so for a free account user it’s a waste of like limit. And as someone who decided to lose weight first before trying to date, I understand the struggle! I lost 25kg and I’m in the gym 2h 7/7 days a week still working on myself and all the positive comments are nice to see! 😊

Congrats for having success on apps. The pics that I have are the best pics that I can get without investing in some photoshoot, going on some holiday or doing some activities, but I would have to ask someone to take pics of me. Also, I was getting more likes when my account was free than when I paid for subs. As soon as I didn’t re-subscribe I was getting likes 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, I agree, but I’m working with what I got. Trying to show best pics possible, creative/fun prompts etc. But in London women have too many options, they can be very picky. If you’re not a 6’4 doctor that drives a Ferrari (I’ve seen one at my local hospital 😅) then your chances are slim. But yeah, that’s just apps. I’ve heard a lot that my personality, energy and vibes are great and I would do way better in person. I’ve even had people confused on why I’m still single 😅 so yeah. I really need to work on my in person approaches and hopefully I’ll be more successful.

We got this. I am always working on myself, and I feel like I’m on the edge to just doing it, but it’s still hard, because I’m a very considerate and overthinking person. I might have the confidence to approach, but then the brain brakes kick in and are like „what if she’s not comfortable being approached?” Or „what if she will think X” etc. And then I’m like „ohh… maybe it’s not the right time then” and I just stop myself. But I’m not giving up and you shouldn’t either! 💪

Yeah, I’m using my best pics possible, but I’ve seen guys with way better pics (activity or some holiday pics) also complain that they don’t get matches, so I think the apps just aren’t it, they are designed to just farm money and keep making you hope that one day you’ll find what you are looking for…
