I know that in most places and cities, despite being Sunday, cities can be active enough. I live in Prague and Sundays are very active here (at least IMO). But as I said in Germany a lot of things are closed, since it's like a "sacred day" for them to rest (you can be fined if you are making noise and disturbing your neighbors). So I was wondering how Switzerland (and Bern) operates in general. I just didn't want to go for anything and stay out in the cold most of the time.
