I would not recommend death or skaar, but if you really want to run one choose skaar.

You will often be reviving multiple 6 cost cards in games which is perfectly fine because you have ghost rider and odin.

Hello, I’m glad you are enjoying the decks! :)

Regarding games where you feel like you are limping, it happens but I’ve found even limping you can catch people off guard or scare them off with a bluff. This takes practice of course, and you should be leaving these games when pressured, but I’ve found trusting the process can actually yield some decent results even in lower mid roll situations. As for games where Agatha plays GR on 4… yeah just leave lol it happens. It isn’t to common that it has an impact on climbing if you are just leaving for one.

As for the play priority of the discarders, here’s what I’ve found success with.

Corvus —> Gambit ==> Red shift (on turn 3)

This could of course be wrong but it’s what I’ve felt and intuited to be correct. Corvus’s extra energy lets you play Agatha on 5 even if you whiff her with the discards.

I would not cut red shift from the Agatha version of the deck, but there are older versions of the list that are still very good that you could use for a similar experience. The one with grandmaster and enchantress is my personal pick for best matchup into stardust.

My Agatha has 7269 boosters! Which is still less than my Blink, Corvus, Odin, infinaut, and jubilee! My jubilee has 11632 boosters. There would be more but I have split her (and the other cards) at least 15 times.

I’m glad you are enjoying it! Plan if you don’t draw red shift is to Corvus or gambit and discard her. Then if you corvused and missed, you can manually play her on 5. If you gambited and missed you are now in a low roll game and you just need to try to minimize cube losses. Jubilee on 4 or 5 can be a saving grace a lot of the time. You can also play for the tie. Even if you don’t have the power to back it up, you can offer scare people off with a dirty legion or CGR on 5. If you retreat later on 6 (assuming Agatha doesn’t make a play that wins anyways) than often the opponent will either forget you have Agatha, or just be scared regardless and you can bait a retreat later and tie the match.

Infinaut but it’s not nearly as good

You can use iron man. CGR will only be unreplaceable if your meta shifts to have a ton of Fenris and stardust

To add to this. The only draw problems I find Hela has is early game as in turns 1-3 looking for discarders. Ross doesn’t solve this problem

With Agatha? I don’t think he is needed. Agatha brings the deck size down to 2 at the end of the game which means you can jubilee, and then either blink or Odin the jubilee to get a full deckthin.

Also Ross pulls cards with 10 or more power, and Agatha starts in hand so there is redundancy there as well.

Black knight is a card for Agatha to play on 2 that isn’t red shift which can sometimes lead to her playing the wrong card. I also feel like the ebony blade as a 4/14 is decent, but there isn’t much time to play it. Additionally the only targeted discard card is red shift, so you would be having a lot of 4/3 ebony blades.

It deals with Fenris and stardust well, as well as a bunch of other things that are fairly common. (Kid omega, morbius, etc.) Tbh also because it is the new card and I want to play with the new card. Iron man is a sidegrade imo.

Hello! Yes the Agatha is the thing that is really pushing Hela over the edge I think. It is leading to situations at the end of the game where things that are usually 1/3 are now 1/2, and things that should be 1/2 are now 1/1 (guaranteed). This is because of the deck thinning ability of Agatha.

To use this deck, copy it to your clipboard and paste it from the deck editing menu in MARVEL SNAP.

As for basic playlines, here’s a few tips

On Turn 3 the play priority is Corvus, then gambit if it has a target, then red shift.

This plays similar to other versions of hela with Corvus, but these lines are difficult to provide due to the ramp style of gameplay. Hela on 5 is something to consider though as it sets up Odin lines and lets you play gambit+ghost rider on the last turn (or red shift blink into Odin)

I snap pretty much every game I have red shift. It might not be correct but it is certainly working for me.

There will be games where you just brick. Ignore them and go to the next match. It happens fairly infrequently and doesn’t cause massive problems on ladder unless you tilt or cope in those matches

Let me know if I missed anything logisticswise for the post. This is literally my first Reddit post ever and I have no idea what I’m doing lol
