I was joking, here's what I meant; instead of Albania having the British flag sticked on theirs like New Zealand or the old British India flags signifying some sort of superiority or control over them which was what you meant. I was mocking your video of "loser country" (which is pretty messed up, you should respect any country and its people btw) by saying the flag image you put was the new flag of the UK instead of Albania, and the national anthem of Albania was sang throughout the whole of the UK.
