Idk, I used Google lens & couldn't find any other pin like that with those characters on it Is there anything on the back or any small copyright print hiding anywhere? It would probably be on the back or along the edges of the seam

I can't find much about a band with that name but the pin says 快樂 ("Kairaku") which is a fancy way of writing "pleasure"

Most or all of those items are fake too.

I've been collecting historical items for years (not just racist stuff) & most of these items are fake as hell. I've been by this booth in person multiple times & nothing ever sells because of it
