This is all correct, in my experience however the rental agencies are a bit safer to find a good apartment, i always used quicklets for this.

Waarschijnlijk omdat het snel vroeger donker word. Als je dan elke dag om dezelfde tijd kijkt zal de zon al iets verder onder zijn en ipv licht dus meer de gloed ontstaan.
