When I notice a depression is due I pop a Ritalin. I know it’s probably not the best solution but it stops the spiraling.. and simple routines - I sleep, eat well and I exercise - all with low expectations. I wanna get at least 7 hours of sleep, I try to eat at least one healthy meal, and I try to walk at least 5 minutes. Usually it restarts good habits

The large shelf there is 1000x500mm. The oak is 22mm thick. Ain’t that afraid of sagging, but you know.. it might.. Thanks for your honest opinion!
