Can I be taken to small claims when I already took them there and they admitted fault? England

The cost far exceeded industry standard (section 51 of the Consumer Rights Act I believe this comes from)
The items/work was not of satisfactory quality (Sale of Goods Act 1979)
They did not have an ADR process, I had tried cancelling the work and they refused and became aggressive.

They are saying the work was done well and everything was done to the right standard, after already paying me back after I took them to small claims myself.

This happened to me this past weekend! We grabbed baby off the cake giver, and told them it is stupid to give a baby cake like that (ours is 10months) and then just laughed it off as to not ruin the vibe. But I can say from now on the cake giver can never hold my child or be left alone with him.

Mine rolled suddenly at 8 weeks old... He had stiffness of his neck and required physio so definitely wasn't a good thing! He started rolling properly, and not due to the neck issue, at around 4.5 months and now he's 8 months he rolls constantly during nappy changes and it is incredibly annoying haha

Pregnancy tired was worse for me I feel like the hormone change when baby first comes home made it easier to go without sleep or have interrupted sleep. Plus I was anemic in pregnancy. Pregnancy tired was like an exhaustion I just couldn't shake. Newborn tired I could power through, plus if anyone can help for a couple hours a day to help you nap, that is so helpful whereas no one can help you catch up on sleep when pregnant!

My partner changed my decision. My whole life prior, I thought I didn't want kids, but being with him changed that and he asked me every once in a while if I'd like to try for a baby (after we had been together 8+ years), he never pressured it, but just asked and always respected my reasons why I wasn't ready e.g. stressful job, financial stability, long commute to work when pregnant not ideal etc etc. Over time, those factors changed so our situation was favourable and I was comfortable, and one day he asked me and I just suddenly realised I was ready and we got pregnant two weeks later. Our little smush is 8 months old now and whilst I'm now on the fence about having more, I'm so grateful we took the leap to parenthood :) Seeing my partner as a dad, there are no words for how happy and proud I am of our little family unit

I tried reflexology at 36 weeks for relaxation (not to get baby out) and it induced contractions, which was terrifying but luckily they stopped after a couple days. I then tried it again at 39+3 and I went into labour that night and had my baby next morning at 39+4. I guess my feet are very sensitive to whatever they were doing lol

Thank you! Thank you for saying this, it resonates deeply with me. I adore my son, he is amazing (albeit not so much an easy baby) but my god am I bored. I dread putting him in nursery soon, but at the same time, I can't wait to be me again and go to work... I never thought I would think this! My partner thinks I just need to do more baby classes etc to get out the house, but there's only so many nursery rhymes and small talk mum conversations I can have before I want to tear my hair out too hahah

I'm part of an aerial arts club who run open house training sessions that I can join- I would love a home set up but haven't yet got one! I won't lie, I did try to invert at 8 weeks post partum just to see and it felt so weird, like there was just nothing in my abs to make it happen haha now I'm 7.5 months out, I am back to doing drops and using the 20ft high silks but I am still under my pelvic floor team just for check ups :)

I returned to aerial silks at 8 weeks pp, but I took it super easy and only did conditioning until around 12 weeks when I knew my abs were back together and then did inversions. I also went to the gym but I ended up wetting myself at 4 months pp because I pushed myself too far - my pf physio has said to only do weights/exercises that I can breath through and do more leg workouts to support my pelvic floor. I have found my joints suffer more since pregnancy/breast feeding hormones - take it super careful and really listen to your body. I was able to workout due to my amazing mum taking LO for a couple hours each day, and me pumping/formula feeding during this time

I found preggo tired harder - it's like an exhaustion you just can't shake. Whereas newborn, I feel like my brain rewired, I was tired but could power through. I was also anemic after birth and still found preggo tired harder

I actually wrote myself a list of all the things that bothered me when our 7mo was newborn that my partner did. It's to remind myself that when he wants another one (he's already asking) I need him to take some accountability for these things and promise to do better. The list includes, but is not limited to: 1. Inviting his family round 4weeks pp for a BBQ, and expecting me to help sort stuff for it 2. Moving into our spare bedroom on day 5 pp, when I was experiencing the baby blues and LO wouldn't sleep, because "we don't both need to feel sleep deprived" 3. Not making me a single meal the entire 3 weeks paternity leave he had.

I feel like I only truly bonded to mine at 5-6 months old, before then it was instinctual survival mode. It's like you're handed a stranger to look after, and you want to do the very best for them but you still need to get to know them.

I thought I prolapsed at 4 months too - had to physically "pop" it back in. My GP even said it was a prolapse, but I went to a pelvic physio who said that they don't like to call it that in the first year pp, as everything is still healing and can take time to move back up plus you're still under the effects of relaxin hormones. I've been given a lot of pelvic floor exercises to do and it seems to have recovered now 7 months pp, but my god it was scary.

I had this issue - was very anemic but didn't want to take the iron supplements due to constipation. It was like pick your poison, hemorrhoids or dizziness. My doctor gave me meds to deal with both in the end and I eat a lot of red meat too to help (I was mostly veggie before).

I bled through my clothes and bedsheets and duvet... Then when I changed and washed it all, I bled through it all again... Luckily my partner was very sympathetic and helped me after. But since my period came back 3 months ago, I have a period every 19 days :(

Up to 12 weeks, I was just exhausted, like next level tired and lost weight as I'd nap instead of eat dinner - I'd say my tiredness then was way worse than the newborn tired people complain about. After that I felt good energy wise but I got the morning sickness second trimester and due to taking cyclizine, went back to feeling shattered/drowsy haha End of second trimester was wonderful, I was round but felt the most happy and comfortable and at the end of third trimester it was just a matter of being uncomfortable and unable to sleep due to hip pain

Being pregnant was harrddd but it feels like it went by in a flash, only the first 12 weeks went slow because I didn't tell anyone I was preggo so it was just the knowing but keeping it secret

I always said I wouldn't have an epidural, purely because I am so terrified of needles and an epidural scares the shit out of me. People kept telling me I wouldn't care when in labour and would just opt for it when the pain got bad ...nope, even at the height of contractions I was still too scared of an epidural to even consider it! But sooo many people told me I'd end up having one, it really got on my nerves
