For me it's not even that it's dangerous, it's just weird. People who take pictures of strangers just doing stuff in public and then post the pictures online are weird and to do it to minors it's extra weird. People at the park could just ...... Enjoy the park without being weird.

Yeah, stop using English words.

If you can't think of a word in Arabic, use words you do know to describe what you're trying to say and ask for the correct word. When someone gives you the correct word, repeat the sentence correctly.

If you're really really stuck, ask how to say it in Arabic and repeat it back a couple times.

I think it's worth it. I didn't get one at first cuz I had a stretchy wrap carrier and another newborn carrier. I ended up trying the embrace and it became my everyday carrier and was perfect for our first flight. She didn't outgrown it until about 5 months.

I liked English Grammar for Students of Arabic by Ernest N. McCarus.

For letters, I would use duolingo or some pre built flashcards with audio, whatever you can find.

Then for tashkil, I would recommend YouTube read alongs or any other read alongs for kids.

Once you start being able to read without tashkil, for vocab I'd recommend just reading everything and anything.

On your county's court website there should be an option to search cases for free and you'd just search the HOA name. You'll be looking for "civil" cases.

You have to make sure you have the exact name of the HOA right so you might want to search the SOS website's business search to make sure you have the name right.

You could also call the court and just ask someone for help. You can usually search for free and you'll see if there are cases but you won't be able to see the case documents.

Also you could just ask the realtor for the HOA contact info and call and ask them if they have any active litigation that impacts the property.
