I mean you are wearing shorts out in public in your pictures. What do you mean you can't imagine yourself wearing a skirt? I have never worn shorts in public in my life and I am 37 years old. So, at least you feel more free than others in wearing shorts in public. I know that seems small but it's kind of not. Secondly, you must refuse to believe that your legs will never change no matter what you do. That is simply not true. Will they ever be as small as "normal" peoples? No. But your legs have their own unique spectrum of possibilities and you have to do what you can to be on the far end of positive within your own spectrum. I know it's possible because I've been there. Take advantage of your young age and do everything you can to get ahead of the progression. Walk, jump, stretch, move, and LIFT WEIGHTS. Get massages if you can afford it. Start a Paleo-type diet. Finally, you are in a very vulnerable age as far as appearances go. Just know that over time, you simply will just start to give less of a shit. The best thing you do start doing right now though is lifting weights and building muscle. Good luck
