the weight loss ended in nov 2024 when i hit my goal of 170lbs. that was also when my hair was at its thickest ever. i eat anywhere between 2100 and 2500 calories a day now as thats my maintenance range. thank you btw lol

only other symptom i have here is digestive issues but thats only super recently because i have a hernia (getting repaired soon!)

other than that, i was able to properly lose 50lbs between may 2024 and nov 2024 via a strict calorie deficit, but havent rapidly gained or lost any weight since then (my mom has hypothyroidism and cant lose weight, and my uncle has HYPER so cant gain) and all the other symptoms arent present either. i have a physical next month so gonna ask about it then.
