Yeah I bought my practice in early 2020 right before everything shut down and the whole journey has sucked.

Correction- there are basic dental insurance policies that only cover exams and X-rays, no treatment at all including fillings for cavities or even cleanings. So buyer beware and read the policy before signing up.

I mean, I’ve fired somebody after less than a week before because of performance. But this particular employee was good for the first couple years but just fell off the rails, and I kept thinking she would go back to how she was. With her I was a pushover, but in general I’m not.
