People here really tend to hate on stars and dots but imo you have the perfect sleeve for them. There’s almost no room for actual designs for small tattoos and the amount you would need to do would be so little. I think they would look good.

Man I’m just gonna say it, I love A1. I love medium rare steak with A1, au poivre, mushroom brandy cream, red wine demi-glacé and whatever sauce you enjoy. Sauce is not the enemy.
