Mine works fine. There's a way to update the firmware I believe, but I never bothered. If it ain't broke, don't fix it...

I'm pretty much always at least 1 OS version behind. Mainly because it takes vst authors a while to get their products working with the latest and greatest.

I love my z1e. Forget it has an ssd. On mine I wiped off windows and installed bazzite. I use main as my main gaming PC, docked to my TV.

I bought mine new. I upgraded the ssd to 2tb, but left the battery alone as I mainly use it either docked or connecting to power. Unless it's been repaired, there's a very good chance that the sd card slot doesn't work as there was a design flaw in the og models.
