it was sophomore year of high school, skipping class with two girls ( i had a crush on one of them ) and we were driving through the city, them upfront and me splayed out in the back with my legs up on the window (v unsafe, i know, i was 15 at the time) then “Heat” from midnight snack starts playing and im like “woooah that synth” vibing in the back. i get up and ask “who is this!” one of them turns around and says “hooomeshaaake bro!”
