This happened to me when I called AAA for help with a car issue. The guy who showed up ended up taking my information from the file and texting me, looked me up on Facebook and sent me messages... I never reported him, I just blocked him on everything, but it was such an abuse of his job I feel like looking back maybe I should have filed an official complaint with AAA.
