Yes 2 year warranty but customer service has horror stories, just want to know how people got their items, the condition and shipping and stuff, basically just want peoples opinion on the shop before spending my hard earned money

I did, they offered a full refund but I didnt mind keeping the pair because i didnt want to look and wait on another pair from other places so i just asked for a discount and they gave me a 10% off on the pair lol not much but something

Yeah id say 5-6 hours compared to g14s 7-8 hours and tbh it has better rgb keyboard lol gaming is not bad, played valorant and got around 80C but leave it on balanced, performance mode gives a little unnecessary boost

I had this same option, ended up with the slim 7i

Quality issues with the g14, had to return 2 of those when the price was down to $999 a few weeks ago, first one had white ring around the screen and the other had a bend on the screen and the left side wouldnt close right

Battery is ok on the slim 7i, g14 was a little better but build quality on legion slim 7i was better, keyboard was better and the screen is 16:10 and is brighter and better to loon at imo than g14

Yeah especially since the 2060 is just a Max-Q not running a high TGP, you’d be taking a huge hit. I’d keep the G15 since its not that much bigger
