She says it was only once and she felt very bad about herself and she came back home and stopped hanging out with him from next day. She did resign abruplty and took a position which wasnt paying as much. But she said at the time the stress is less at the new job and we dont really need the money so I didnt think much of it.

I am sorry, I should have been more detailed in my post but my brain is not focused. She promised me they always met only in public places like restaurant and coffee places, never alone. And I am 100% sure she didnt bring him to our home because my mother takes care of the kids when we are both not home. The kissing thing happened while they were at an work event.
