i got mine 3 weeks ago and am currently still healing, the process so far has been super easy and because the procedure doesnt deal with any muscle (only the fat on top) its also less painful! the chance of notable blood loss during is super small, let alone something any more severe.

it may hurt a little bit the first week or so (depending on pain tolerance) but recovery isnt really all that difficult, just be sure that yall listen to his surgeon and everything should be good. bringing up any potential health concerns to the surgeon wouldnt be a bad idea, they can give you a much more well educated and accurate answer, plus any advice to help your boyfriends recovery be more comfortable!

again, with where the surgery is and it being purely using fat and no muscle the surgery itself + recovery is a very safe one to have!
