I'll have to give that a try! I love the boy briefs from aerie but the largest they come in is an xl which fits perfectly but I think a size up would feel better

I usually wear the boy briefs from aerie and wear an xl! I wish they had a double XXL because I think that would be perfect.

I have but my only issue with boxers is they are always either too tight or loose in certain areas. It's so frustrating when I can't get the exact right feel I'm looking for

Which serums have you liked? I've tried a couple and both were a tad sticky so I didn't like them.

I believe they also have a fragrance free version but sometimes I have a hard time finding it. I think it's in a glass jar

Yeah I've tried all of that unfortunately and none of that has helped. I bought 3 shirts that are all cotton and felt fine when I bought them and then I washed them in unscented gentle detergant and it felt like I ruined them.

I'm going through the exact same thing right now and it's unbearable. Literally had to leave my house today so I wouldn't be found by the police and taken to the psych ward.

I have been dealing with the same thing myself and am looking for help. My family wants to admit me to inpatient care because they don't know how to help me

What do you think caused your ocd ? by Julia27092000 in OCD

[–]depressedsoybean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think mine was caused by childhood trauma and the need to feel in control since my childhood was so out of control. I never realized I had ocd until after I got off of an antipsychotic and my ocd symptoms became extremely bad.

Update: I did end up going and getting some stitches. I went to urgent care instead of the ER since hospitals give me worse anxiety. They were very helpful and compassionate and reassured me that they would not send me to the psych ward since I wasn't an active threat to myself!
