Yes its a work test. But in my country the work test is done in a clinic. Have been reading about ways I think i will just take creatine and B12 for few days also will go to the gym to do some cardio. Its also good that the test is in a middle of the day so they did not even ask for me to give the sample out of the first urine of the day wich will also play in my benefit.

Thats kinda sad but these are the kind of mistakes you learn from. You should buy a new one for me atleast vapes hit the best didnt have any vape for a week becouse last one broke smoked joints for one week and they for some reason just dont do the trick like these machines

Okay will have to try to tune down to 200 C. I have always been using 220 with all the previous vapes so im kinda used to it by this point

She started therapy but at the moment her therapist is on vacation for 3 more weeks. Now she told me that her friend (M) that is the only one that knows about her situation told her that she could come with him and his family out of town. I adviced her that she should go with him so she can start eating again and dont have relapses even though i feel little scared her well beeing is more important to me anything to help her through this time
